Now Northwave’s best selling sail, the ZX line is in its 4th year of existence and is currently being offered in a ZX-L version with a lighter weight Dacron material in the overhead leech panel making it the lightest feeling sail in the industry.  With its responsive, oversized Mylar window the ZX has all the low end response of a fuller cut sail while its 5th RBS batten still holds its top end intact while rivaling slalom sails in a head to head drag race. The ZX-S sail has also received upgraded Kevlar reinforcement strips as well as a shock absorbing vinyl panel creating an even a more bulletproof airframe for those mast high crashing waves.  We recommend the ZX model line for the sailor who has appreciated our Surflites for many years but is now looking to up their sailing maneuvers and enjoyment.  This is a great B&J sail that also thrives in all free-style and coastal wave conditions.
